It’s July and I haven’t updated my blog for weeks! I’m not going to lie, it’s a little difficult when you live on an island with so much to do! Every realm of this village has an activity to participate in, no matter the weather condition: Sunny w/ no wind, no waves – Build a 55 ft A-frame Slider called “Megatron” or “M.I.T.L” (Mistake in the Lake), or surfing, kiteboarding, skateboarding vert, and enjoying great company with friends. Megatron looks sexy, but boy is she a FAILboat at the moment! I take responsibility, she’s needs some stability to be a worthy slider!

At this time, I am getting ready to participate as a team member in the Kiteboard 4 Cancer event in Hood River, OR July 9th – 11th. As a team, Real Wind Ninja’s, as we’re referred, consist of four individuals (Sensi, Dominque, Jason, and myself) united by a passion for the sport of kiteboarding and our drive to raise awareness for cancer research/support services. Check out Real Ninja’s team link, KB4C to make a charitable donation.
